Support for the people who hold the justice system together.
I'm Alli Levine, MA, LPC, a clinical therapist in Colorado. I provide confidential counseling for probation officers and other criminal justice professionals — helping you carry the stress, trauma, and emotional weight of the work without losing yourself in it. Having worked inside the system, I understand what these roles ask of you.

About Alli
A therapist who knows this work from the inside
I've spent my career at the intersection of mental health and the criminal justice system. As a clinical therapist for the Boulder County Probation Department — with earlier work at the Colorado Department of Corrections and in community-based treatment — I've seen firsthand the pressure, exposure to trauma, and quiet burnout that probation officers and their colleagues carry every day.
My work is grounded in respect, honesty, and evidence-based practice. I offer a confidential space — independent from your employer — where you can set down the weight of the job, process hard experiences, and rebuild your resilience.

Who I help
Support for the professionals behind the system
The work of supervision, corrections, and the courts asks a great deal of the people who do it. I help those professionals stay well — individually and as teams.
Probation & parole officers
The daily reality of supervision, heavy caseloads, and exposure to others' crises takes a real toll. I help you manage stress, process difficult cases, and protect your well-being.
Corrections & court professionals
Corrections staff, case managers, and court personnel who work in demanding environments and absorb secondary trauma, and want a confidential place to work through it.
Teams & departments
Departments seeking support for their people, from individual referrals to group debriefs after critical incidents. I partner with leadership to care for staff.
The therapy I provide
Practical, evidence-based, and built for demanding work
No two people carry the job the same way. I draw on a range of proven approaches and adapt them to what you're facing, your history, and the pressures of your role.
Individual therapy
One-on-one counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions, tailored to the demands of a career in the justice system.
Trauma & critical incidents
Support after violent incidents, deaths, and the hard scenes this work exposes you to, so a single event doesn't come to reshape your life.
Burnout & compassion fatigue
Tools to recognize and recover from the exhaustion, cynicism, and depletion that build up over years of high-stakes caseloads.
Stress & emotional regulation
Evidence-based approaches such as CBT and mindfulness to manage anxiety, sleep, anger, and the stress that follows you home.
Confidential & independent
Therapy that is separate from your employer and your evaluations. What you share stays between us, within legal and ethical limits.
Consultation & team debriefs
Group support and debriefs for units and departments after critical incidents, plus guidance for leaders supporting their staff.
